  This was a lovely property it was clean and furnished beautifully. We could walk to all the places we wanted to visit. The only negative about the house was the beds need new matresses and coffee pot.

  Overall it was a great property and perfect for our guests. It was clean, up to date with a very attentive property manager. Perfect location for walking to town, very convenient. I would recommend this location for any trip to St. Augustine. We didn't have Internet until the last day but that was the only negative.
