Seaside Retreat is a great Condo for a vacation at the Beach and entertainment at downtown St. Augustine! Just a block away is the beautiful St Augustine Beach and the pier. Famous restaurants, cafes, shops and umbrella rentals are steps away. 7min drive to Alligator Farm and 10min to historical downtown.
Nice and relaxing spacious Condo which has a Master Bedroom and two Queen Bedrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you may need during your stay, with a full laundry room too! Relax on the screened in lanai that overlooks the pond and pool area.

  The condo was a great location to everything we wanted to do. Walking distance to restaurants and beach. They did have some dredging taking place on the beach. Other than looks of the big pipe running down the beach, it didn’t impact our beach time at all. The beach wagon, chairs and umbrella they provided came in handy. They also provided beach towels. It was just a short drive to downtown and an outlet mall. The condo was clean, roomy and very well decorated. The beds were comfortable as well. We loved the custom shower in the master suite. I would stay here again.

  We had a great time. The place was convenient to the beach (right across the street) and downtown (a 10 minute drive). The pool was clean and refreshing. It seemed to be a safe area to walk/jog in and there were several good restaurants nearby.

  The property is nicely appointed. The king and queen up front had a bathroom which was a little smallish, but it's really fine. The master had an en suite and the bathroom is really big with a two-sink vanity and a separate toilet/shower/bath area with a pocket door.

  The screened in porch was really nice and the furniture out there was very comfortable. Everyone went out there at some point in our stay.

  The den was nice and some liked the sofas (with reclining seats on each end), while others thought it was hard to get comfortable on them and the sofa covers did not help. It kept coming off. (I understand the person's thinking with protecting the furniture, but it was awkward. The corner kept flipping up.) If we had not had so much rain, I don't know whether this would've been as much of an issue.

  The beds were all comfortable. There were plenty of towels in the bathrooms as well.

  The table fits oddly in the eating area. The dining set is nice, but too long for the space. The kitchen has very basic things. I was looking for a blender to make my smoothie, but none could be found. The cupboard space is ample if you want to cook in, but we chose to go out for most meals. There are some REALLY good restaurants in the area.

  BYOTP! Make sure to bring toilet paper.

  We did have a couple of issues and called the management number. Patty was very helpful EVERY TIME we contacted her.

  ~ Taco Libre in the Publix Shopping Center
  ~ Sunset Grille - just past the condos. Eating here is a tradition for us.
  ~ Beachside Diner - big servings & really good home-cooked food.
  ~ Island Donuts - Get there early! It's worth the effort.
  ~ Zaba's - very small place for breakfast. Try their signature sauces. The mustard with Datil pepper is DELICIOUS!

  We rented the place for a weekend and we had an amazing time. Very convincing located to restaurant, beach and gas station. The hostess replayed to our question in a timer manner and give us informed about the area. For sure I will be back.
